The DS method
The first DS Environmental project is designed as a living, mobile proof of concept—small enough to test, visible enough to teach from, and practical enough to improve daily life immediately.
Outfit a locally available RV as a complete demonstration platform.
Test the systems with a real family, property, animals, weather, and terrain.
Document operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and local sourcing.
Adapt the modules for homes, farms, churches, and resilient community spaces.
Four connected essentials
The transcripts made the priority clear: reduce the daily burden first. Less water carried by hand. Safe bathing at home. Backup power during outages. A reliable connection when roads or services are disrupted.
Capture abundant rainfall, protect it from contamination, filter it for its intended use, and deliver it where people and animals need it.
Right-size photovoltaics, batteries, safe electrical distribution, and efficient appliances so essential power remains available when the grid does not.
Study topography, ventilation, sanitation, security, container integrity, and local hazards before deciding what and where to build.
Use satellite internet and local networking for family communication, education, content creation, emergency coordination, and remote medical access.
Prototype 01 • Mobile resilience lab
Planning the first mobile prototype. The goal is to source an RV assembled in Cebu, then work with builders and engineers to turn it into a visible example of household-scale sustainability.

Bobby repeatedly comes back to the same principle: provide the framework, then equip local people to operate, maintain, repair, improve, and teach the system themselves.
Daily routines reveal which improvement matters first and what will actually be used.
Build with available materials, skills, replacement parts, and regional manufacturing.
Shared charging, water, demonstrations, and take-home modules can reach more families.
Document the process in English and Bisaya so progress is visible to families, partners, and the Filipino diaspora.
From prototype to place
This is not presented as finished work. It is a transparent build plan that can grow as the engineering, local relationships, land, funding, and evidence come together.
Map needs, site conditions, rainfall, terrain, utilities, sourcing, and family routines.
Acquire and outfit the Cebu-built RV; test every system under real conditions.
Adapt water, energy, sanitation, and internet into smaller affordable kits.
Work with churches and local partners to demonstrate and distribute solutions.
Develop resilient spaces and an educational eco-stay that helps sustain the mission.
